Take Off to the Great White North, Hoser

Official Friend of 411 Radical Bay Chris Harbord did just that recently, relocating to Inuvik, Northwest Territories to produce radio programmes. We hope he's happy, well and not letting the cold and absence of sunlight get him down. He also takes pictures.
